SECTION 3.07. ORGANIZATION AND MEETINGS OF COUNCIL.

At 7:30 p.m., on the first regular business day of January following each regular municipal election of Council members at large, Council shall convene and the newly elected members shall be sworn in.

Thereafter Council shall meet regularly in the Council Chambers at such times as may be prescribed by its rules, but not less frequently than twice each month. All meetings of Council shall be open to the public, except that executive sessions shall be permitted as provided for in Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.

Special meetings of Council may be called by the Mayor, or by any three (3) members of Council, or as otherwise prescribed by rules adopted by Council.
