1321.07 FEES.

   The Building Official shall establish the schedule of fees applicable to the issuance of permits and certificates required by this Chapter. No permit as required in Section 1321.06 and no certificate as required in Section 1321.10 shall be issued until the appropriate fee has been paid. No amendment to any permit or certificate shall be issued or approved until such additional fee, if any, due to an increase in the size or estimated cost of the building or structure, shall have been paid.
