1321.10 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

   (a)   Upon completion of the work for which the building permit was issued, the Building Official shall issue a certificate of occupancy if, upon inspection, the Building Official has determined that the work, building or structure conforms with the requirements of this Chapter.

   (b)   No certificate of occupancy shall be issued unless the work, building or structure for which the building permit was issued conforms with the requirements of this Chapter.

   (c)   No person shall occupy or use any building or structure for which a building permit was issued or required under this Chapter unless a certificate of occupancy has been issued therefore. (Ord. 2011-014. Passed 4-19-11.)
