1510.99 PENALTY.

(b) Any person who violates Section 1510.02(a) or Section 1510.11 of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be punished by up to thirty (30) days in jail and a fine of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).

(c) Any person who violates any other provision/section of this Chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined up to one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).

(d) Each day's continued violation of any provision/section of this Chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2010-046. Passed 11-2-10.)
