927.13 CONDEMNATION AND REMOVAL.

Any extension, construction or existing condition not executed in conformity with Sections 927.01 to 927.12 shall be condemned and, if not disconnected and removed within thirty days from the date of such condemnation, shall be disconnected and removed by the City under the direction of the Director of Public Service and Safety. The material so removed shall be sold at private sale at market prices to cover the cost of such work.
