927.01 COMPLIANCE; DUPLICATION AND SAFETY.

   All electric lights and power wires, telephone and signal wires in operation in the City shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the following specifications in regard to clearance, spacing, heights and positions. Duplicate pole lines shall be avoided where possible, and safety of the public and workmen must be given first consideration in constructing all lines.
