§ 91.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise specified shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $500.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation in violation of § 91.042 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $100. Each day the violation shall exist shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Violation of §§ 91.055 through 91.058 shall be a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine of $l to $5. Each separate day the violation is continued shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 91.070, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100.
