A uniform system of numbering properties and principal buildings, shown on the map identified by the title street name and property number map dated August 1985, which is filed in the office of the City Clerk is hereby adopted for use in the city. This map and all explanatory matter thereon is hereby adopted and made a part of this subchapter.
