1432.10 OBTAINING WRITTEN PERMISSION PRIOR TO WORK INVOLVING EXCEPTIONS.

Special permission for an exception to the provisions of Sections 1432.04 through 1432.09 shall be procured in writing from the Division of Building and Zoning Inspection, before work is started, when it is considered impractical to apply such provisions to conditions as to the use and installation of equipment and materials.
