1432.09 TEMPORARY WIRING.
   Electric wiring used in tents, or in temporary structures used for fairs, festivals, exhibitions, conventions, circuses or other temporary purposes, shall be so installed that no person can accidentally come in contact with any live part of the system. It shall be adequately protected from mechanical injury and safely insulated from all foreign objects and structural members. The insulation on all conductors shall be free from abrasion and breaks, and all conductors shall be properly protected with overload devices. All conductors that are less than eight feet above any space that is used by the public shall be enclosed or properly guarded.
