(a) In the event of a conflict between a provision of the National Electrical Code, as adopted in Section 1406.01, and a provision of any State law, rule or regulations, the stricter standard shall prevail.
(b) In the event of a conflict between a provision of the National Electrical Code and a provision of any other technical code adopted by reference by the City, the stricter standard shall prevail, except as otherwise provided in Section 1408.05(b).
(c) In the event of a conflict between a provision of the National Electrical Code and a provision of any local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the local provision shall prevail.
