Pursuant to R.C. § 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the City the National Electrical Code, as adopted by the National Fire Protection Association, and designated NFPA 70, save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted. Each time the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations updates and adopts a new edition of the National Electrical Code, that edition shall automatically be applicable and enforceable in the City of Norton.
