(a) In the event of a conflict between a provision of the Tri-County Minimum Residential Rewire Code, as set forth in Section 1408.01, and a provision of any State law, rule or regulation, the stricter standard shall prevail.
(b) In the event of a conflict between a provision of the Tri-County Minimum Residential Rewire Code and a provision of any other technical code adopted by reference by the City, the stricter standard shall prevail, except that the provisions of the National Electrical Code shall prevail in any case.
(c) In the event of a conflict between a provision of the Tri-County Minimum Residential Rewire Code and a provision of any local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the local provision shall prevail.
