448.01 HAZARDOUS WASTE DEFINED.

   As used in this chapter, "hazardous waste" means those wastes defined in the Ohio Revised Code and regulations promulgated thereunder pertaining to hazardous waste.

448.02 TRANSPORTATION PROHIBITED.

   (a)   No person shall transport hazardous waste across any street within the City, which street is not part of the State primary system of highways.

   (b)   Whoever violates division (a) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
