(a) The Solicitor shall be paid for all special services, as defined in Section 236.03, in an amount determined from time to time by Council.
(b) The Solicitor shall submit a statement involving special services, showing the parties involved and the service provided for each case. The Solicitor shall be paid through the regular payroll procedure for services rendered under Section 236.03, in addition to his or her regular amount of pay for all other services.
