At the request of Council, the Solicitor shall provide special services involving litigation and such other matters as Council may from time to time direct the Solicitor to provide.
Litigation is defined as all matters that pertain to the legal procedures of carrying forth lawsuits or legal proceedings initiated by the City or brought against the City and/or its officials in any and all courts, except the Mayor's Court.
