§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 150.01 through 150.13, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation continues beyond the date fixed for compliance shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 150.45 through 150.50, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 150.45 through 150.50 continues or each section of §§ 150.45 through 150.50 which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
