Upon receipt of a notice, the abutting property owner shall, within 60 days, complete at his or her expense the construction, paving, curbing, repaving or recurbing of the sidewalk, as the case may be, which width of sidewalk shall be a minimum of four feet and shall be a minimum of four and one-half inches in thickness, made of one part cement, two parts sand and four parts stone; the same proportions shall be used in the construction of curbing or recurbing, which curb or recurb shall be a minimum of 24 inches in height or depth, the width at the top shall be six inches, and the bottom shall be eight inches with the slope on the cartway side, all to be approved by the Borough Engineer.
