§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.08, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 91.01 through 91.08 continues or each section of §§ 91.01 through 91.08 which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   (1)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of §§ 91.20 through 91.33, including the failure to pay the fees imposed by § 91.30(C), or operating an alarm system with the permit revoked pursuant to § 91.31, or operating a system without the permit required by § 91.23, shall, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 91.20 through 91.33 continues or each section of §§ 91.20 through 91.33 which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   In addition to the penalty provided in division (C)(1) above, the borough shall have the right to file a municipal lien, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Lien Law, 53 P.S. §§ 7101 et seq., for any unpaid fees imposed pursuant to § 91.30(C) upon the premises on which such alarm system is located.

   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 91.45 through 91.48, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 91.45 through 91.48 continues or each section of §§ 91.45 through 91.48 which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
