The Fire Chief of Liberty Fire Company of the borough is designated as the official enforcement agent to act on behalf of the Council of the borough in carrying out the enforcement provisions of this subchapter. In the event the Fire Chief is absent or otherwise unavailable to perform his or her duties, then the Assistant Fire Chief of the Liberty Fire Company of the borough shall be the enforcement agent of the Council of the borough during the term of such absence.
