§ 91.48 NUISANCE.
   In the event it shall appear that a person is permitting the use of a residential unit without smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors, or both, as required hereunder, the said residential unit is hereby declared to be a nuisance and upon the request of the Code Enforcement Officer, the Solicitor of the borough may, if he or she deems it appropriate, initiate the necessary legal proceedings to abate the unsafe condition which is declared a nuisance hereunder.
