670.15 PERIODIC INSPECTION.

Independent of the annual clean-up and inspection provided for in Sections 670.10 and 670.11, the County Health Officer or Chief of Police shall make periodic inspection of properties within the City and shall report all violations of Section 670.14 to Council, which shall thereupon, by resolution, proceed to order such nuisances abated as provided in Sections 670.12 and 670.13.
