No person seventeen or less years of age shall be or remain in or upon the streets within the City at night during the period ending at 6:00 a.m. and beginning:
(a) At 9:00 p.m. for minors eleven or less years of age;
(b) At 10:00 p.m. for minors twelve or thirteen years of age;
(c) At 12:00 midnight for minors fourteen or more years of age; and
(d) On Friday and Saturday nights at 12:30 a.m. for minors fourteen or more years of age.
