(a) Rates for ambulance or emergency medical service transportation performed by the City shall be as set forth in Chapter 208 of this Administration Code - the General Fee Schedule.

(b) Such rates shall be charged in accordance with the fee schedule established in Section 208.01. The City, as its discretion, may waive or write off all or part of the ambulance or emergency medical service transportation charges.

(c) No person shall fail to pay charges for ambulance or emergency medical service runs as set forth in Chapter 208.
