208.01 FEES IN THE ADMINISTRATION CODE.
   (a)   The rates for ambulance or emergency medical service transportation performed by the City, as set forth in Section 250.11 of this Administration Code, are hereby established as follows:

   NOTES:
      (1)   Damaged equipment. The cost of repair of the equipment to its condition prior to the incident will be billed to the responsible party. Exception: when the cost of repair exceeds 75% of the current value of the equipment, total replacement cost will be billed to the responsible party. Destroyed or expended equipment, clothing, supplies, etc., current cost of replacement will be billed to the responsible party.
      (2)   All fees for apparatus, vehicle and mobile equipment to include fuel necessary to operate for duration of incident.
      (3)   All hourly rate fees will be charged at even hours. Any fractions of part thereof will be charged at the next hour’s time (e.g. one and one fourths hours will be charged at two hours actual time).
      (4)   All fees on materials, apparatus, and manpower are subject to change without notice.
