237.02 DUTIES.
   The duties of the City Clerk include Clerk of Council and Secretary to the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. The City Clerk shall attend all meetings of Council and keep a journal of all meetings, ordinances and resolutions. The journal shall include the record of all voting upon any ordinance, resolution or motion, which vote shall be by roll call, and the vote of each Council person, including the Mayor and the President of Council, shall be listed thereon. In addition, the City Clerk shall authenticate, by signature, and keep in book form, by number and alphabetically by title, all ordinances and resolutions, which shall be open for public inspection at all reasonable times. The City Clerk shall have such other duties as are assigned by the Administrator, the Mayor, the Finance and Revenue Director and/or Council.
