1220.01 COMPENSATION; DUTIES.

   (a)   The members of the Planning Commission shall serve without compensation.

   (b)   The Planning Commission shall have the following duties:

      (1)   To review conditional uses pursuant to Sections 1244.06 and 1244.07;

      (2)   To review site plans pursuant to Section 1250.12;

      (3)   To hear appeals with respect to variances pursuant to 1222.11 and matters of interpretation pursuant to 1250.14; and

      (4)   To initiate and make recommendations pertaining to proposed amendments to the Zoning Code pursuant to Section 1242.05.
