In addition to the permit fees set forth in Section 1060.02, the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per month, commencing January, 1983, shall be paid to the City by the owner/operator of Evergreen Landfill and credited to the Parks and Recreation Fund of the City. However, if the approximately 125 acres in Lake Township now owned by the owner/operator of Evergreen Landfill, which is presently being used as sanitary landfill, is annexed to the City, such payments into the Parks and Recreation Fund shall cease to be made.
