Permit fees levied by Chapter 838 of the Business Regulation and Taxation Code shall, in the case of Evergreen Landfill, so long as Evergreen Landfill is receiving hazardous waste, be as provided in Chapter 208 of the Administration Code - the General Fee Schedule.
The permit fees mentioned in this section shall commence with respect to the tonnage of hazardous waste dumped beginning with the calendar year 1986.
