The Income Tax Office and/or the Planning Officer/Zoning Inspector may provide written notice, which notice shall include a stop work order, ordering any person, firm, partnership or corporation in noncompliance with any provision of this chapter to cease and desist construction until that person, firm, partnership or corporation complies with the provisions of this chapter.
