Ordinance 95-7, passed February 9, 1995, and Ordinance 96-4, passed February 8, 1996, authorized the County Commissioners to petition the Ohio Department of Development to amend the boundaries of the existing Northwood Enterprise Zone and to recertify the Zone under the Ohio Enterprise Zone Program.
