Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5709.66 through 5709.66, the following described area is hereby designated an Enterprise Zone within the City, and the Board of County Commissioners is hereby authorized to include such area within the County-designated Enterprise Zone:
Starting at the northwest corner of the City of Northwood corporation limit, then east 14,900' along the northern Municipal boundary to the centerline of State Route 51, thence southeast along the centerline of State Route 51 4,485' to a point at the intersection of State Route 51 and the centerline of Interstate 280, thence north along the centerline of Interstate 280 2,080' to the intersection of Interstate 280 and Curtice Road, thence easterly along Curtice Road 825' to the intersection of Curtice Road and Lemoyne Road, thence south 1,010' along Lemoyne Road;
Thence east 2,650', thence south 330', thence east 670', thence south 1,335', thence west 670', thence north 325', thence west 2,650' to the centerline of Lemoyne Road (to include the following tracts in Township 8 North, Range 12 East, Section 34: 10, 44, 45, 46, 46.001, 47, 48 and 49);
Thence south along the centerline of Lemoyne Road 450' to the centerline of State Route 51, thence southeast 3,790' along the centerline of State Route 51 to the City of Northwood corporation limit, thence west 17,770' to the centerline of Tracy Road, thence north 105' along the centerline of Tracy Road, thence west 3,150' (400' past the centerline of Oregon Road), thence south 200', thence east 400' to the centerline of Oregon Road, thence south 2,440', thence west 4,410' to the westerly corporation line of the City of Northwood, thence northeast 1,440' along said line, thence east 935' along said line, thence north 1,405' along said line, thence west 2,330' along said line to the centerline of Wales Road, thence northeast 3,600' along said line, thence east 1,320' along said line, thence north 3,250' along the western Municipal boundary to the point of origin.
