(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Adopting Ordinance)
(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with Section 872.02(b) or 872.05 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first offense. For a subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
