(a) The City, with the approval of the City Council shall establish permit fees which shall be found under Chapter 214.
(b) The fees for such permits shall be for a permit issued for a period of one year. The control authority may prorate the amounts for permits with shorter durations. All permits will expire at 12:00 midnight on the date specified on the permit as determined by the Control Authority.
