1610.21 FIRE HYDRANT OBSTRUCTIONS.
   (a)   No person shall place any obstruction within six feet, in any direction, of a fire hydrant.
   (b)   No person shall park vehicles, store or place material or maintain landscaping in a manner that obstructs the clear line-of-sight vision to a fire hydrant.
   (c)   No person shall landscape or change the grade level around any fire hydrant in a manner that would hinder the Fire Department from free and easy access to and use of the fire hydrant.
   (d)   The Fire Chief may order guard posts or rails on private hydrants for protection from impact from vehicles or equipment. The cost of such protection will be at the owner's expense.
   (e)   A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation of any of the provisions of this section occurs or continues.
