No person shall make or continue, or cause to be made or continued, at any swimming pool, any loud, raucous, unnecessary or unusual noise, or any noise which annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others. No person shall use or permit the use or operation of any radio, television, musical instrument, phonograph or other machine or device for producing or reproducing sounds in such a manner as to disturb the peace, quiet and comfort of the neighboring inhabitants.
