(a) No pool shall be located, constructed or placed closer than 100 feet to the side line of a street upon which a parcel fronts, nor closer than twenty feet to the side line of a side street in the case of a corner lot, nor closer than fifteen feet to any side or rear property line of any parcel, nor closer than fifteen feet to any main building. In no case shall a pool be located in a front yard or a side yard. A side yard is a yard from the side line of the parcel from the main building to the side street line of the street upon which it fronts.
(b) A permanent swimming pool hereafter created must substantially conform to the natural grade of the surrounding land, and no part thereof, other than equipment such as a diving board and the like, shall be higher than one foot above such grade.
