1466.37 APPEAL TO THE COURT.

Any party or person with standing including a representative of the City aggrieved by the decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals may appeal such decision to the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, as provided in Ohio R.C. Chapter 2506.
