(a) The City Engineer or his or her representative shall inspect the site of proposed construction under this chapter prior to commencement thereof, including, but not limited to, removal of an existing structure. The issuance of a building permit shall be contingent on such inspection. The City Engineer shall also inspect all forms prior to the pouring of any concrete structure.
(b) The Building Commissioner or his or her representative shall inspect and supervise the actual pouring of any structure regulated in this chapter.
(c) Each inspection required herein shall require a minimum of twenty-four hours notice to the appropriate City department.
(d) Fees shall be as set forth in Chapter 214 of the Administration Code.
