1068.14 BESTER FAMILY.

(a) The Foreman of Municipal Parks, Properties and Cemeteries is hereby required to annually place decorations on either side of the Bester family monument and on the R.C. Bester lot.

(b) The expense of such decorations shall be paid out of the funds annually appropriated for the Municipal Cemetery.
