1068.09 BURIAL OF INDIGENT PERSONS.

The plots and ground designated on the plat or map of the Municipal Cemetery as Lots 434 to 443, inclusive, are hereby designated and dedicated for use exclusively for the burial of the indigent dead and shall be retained for such purpose.
