(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of Section 1060.07 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be sentenced in accordance with Section 698.02 for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be sentenced in accordance with Section 698.02 for a second and subsequent offense.
(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any other provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be sentenced in accordance with Section 698.02 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
