1060.06 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Director of Public Service and Properties is hereby charged with the enforcement of this chapter and is hereby authorized to adopt, promulgate and enforce rules and regulations necessary to carry out the intent of this chapter, provided that such rules and regulations are not in conflict with this chapter or any other City ordinance.
