1060.02 DISPOSAL FROM APARTMENTS AND BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS.

(b) Business and industrial operations shall provide for their own disposal of commercial waste, such as combustible and noncombustible waste arising out of their operations.
