(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by reference that certain document entitled Standards for Gas Piping on Customer's Premises, the latest edition available, as published by the Columbia Gas System, and the same is adopted as if fully set out at length herein, save and except such portions as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.

(b) At least one copy of Standards for Gas Piping on Customer's Premises, as adopted in subsection (a) hereof, shall be on file with the Director of Legislative Services for inspection by the public. At least one copy shall also be on file in the County Law Library. In addition, the Clerk of Council shall have copies available for distribution to the public, at cost. (Adopting Ordinance)
(c) There is hereby adopted by reference the latest available edition of the National Fuel Gas Code, N.F.P.A. 54, for the enforcement of provisions relating to the piping system from the meter inside the residence to the hook-up and venting of gas appliances. A copy of the latest available edition of the National Fuel Gas Code, N.F.P.A. 54, shall be on file with the Director of Legislative Services for inspection by the public.
