Each applicant for a permit as provided in Section 1020.01 shall save the Municipality harmless against any damages, costs or other expenses resulting from, or in any manner connected with, the making, continuance or restoration of such excavation or opening. Each applicant will be bonded and licensed to perform work in the Municipality.
