1020.03 FEES AND DEPOSITS.

All fees and deposits required will be in accordance with the established schedules approved by Council and appropriate for the construction being proposed. Deposits, when required, will be returned when work is completed and inspections are made by the City Engineer as provided in Section 1020.06.
