The City is fully aware that the execution of an enterprise zone agreement with a company does have an impact on the North Royalton City Schools District. The City hereby expresses its firm intention to carefully consider the impact of any proposed enterprise zone agreement on the North Royalton City Schools District, in connection with the process of negotiation of such an agreement and entering into such an agreement.
