The North Royalton Building Commissioner shall conduct at least one inspection of a business offering tattooing or body piercing prior to approving the business under section 876.03. The North Royalton Building Commissioner may conduct additional inspections as necessary for the approval process. The North Royalton Building Commissioner may inspect an approved business at any time the North Royalton Building Commissioner considers necessary. In an inspection, the North Royalton Building Commissioner shall be given access to the business's premises and to all records relevant to the inspection.
