Any license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter which has not been suspended or revoked, may be renewed for a period of time not to exceed one year on written application to the Building Commissioner made at least 45 days prior to the expiration date of the current valid license, The renewal application shall be on a form provided by the Building Commissioner and shall contain all of the information required by section 874.04.
